Criminal case, the main problem is not only in less developed or developing countries, industrialized, countries, even if the so-called superpower, has become one of the major problems. Crime and criminal cases is one of the major problems to be solved in today's societies. This study of socio-cultural factors inherent in the phenomenon of crime is to examine the sociological point of view. In this study, the phenomenon of crime in the name of the definition of the crime, the crime theories, it stated that the factors affecting the types of crime and crime will be explained with the help of the literature. In addition, the most important part of our research, which is located in the province of Malatya applied to convicts in prisons is divided into analysis and evaluation of data obtained from a survey.
