Informatics or electronic, which is one of the biggest negatives left by the information revolution because this For crimes that include in their attacks the fundamental values of individuals, institutions and even states in all aspects of life. Also, these crimes left in the souls a feeling of mistrust regarding dealing and benefiting from the fruits of this new revolution, but the computer system is not always the object of abuse, but rather it is often a means to commit crime, and the danger has increased with the spread of the use of information networks, especially the World Wide Web (Internet).
