Abstract:

There is an increasing interest in destinations where nature is not disturbed and people can integrate with nature. However, living in nature and interacting with local people is not easy for tourists who do not know the region. There is a need for guidelines that will lead to interaction and facilitate communication in nature tourism such as plateau tourism. Tourist guides have a lot to roll in all areas of tourism and especially in the tourism of the highland, such as communication with local people, safety of tourists and so on. Thus, the purpose of this research is to analyze the experiences of the tourist guides in the Eastern Black Sea Region. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with expert tourism guides in the field, Descriptive analysis was performed on the obtained data. In terms of the results obtained in the study, it was determined that the local people were negatively looking for mass tourist tours
