The researchers are composed of 25 tourist guides that have a professional tourist guide in Turkey and continue to work actively. The cartridge sample method, which is one of the unlikely types of sampling in the determination of participants, has been used. The data is obtained on the online platform through a semi-configured conversation form. Obtained data has been carried out with visual and content analysis. The research finds that tourist guides are gathered under 12 topics, including accommodation, transportation, restaurant, communication, disorders, regional guides, managed tourist groups, affiliated travel agencies, museums and landscapes, social and family, tour programmes and other problems. The codes created in the study indicate that the accommodation hotel and staff, the restaurant and staff in which the need for food is met, and the staff in the tour, the regional guides received in the tour are very weak in terms of quality. It has also been seen to be deeply influenced by the social and family life of guides who work in foreign tours.
