Abstract:

The main objective of this research is to develop a measurement tool that will allow teachers to evaluate the Primary School Turkish lesson curriculum. For this purpose, a scale was created taking into account the program development and evaluation resources as well. In the first scale prepared for the pilot work, 47 materials were included and the materials were created as a five-ling Likert. In the framework of reliability and validity studies, the scale has been applied to 210 teachers who teach first class in Adana, Mersin, Urfa, Mardin, Gaziantep, Istanbul, Kayseri and Hatay. The structural validity of the scale has been tested with the detection and verification factors analysis; the validity of the scale is also considered to be related to the scale. The subfactors of the measurement are called "winning, theme, measurement and evaluation, first reading writing with language knowledge". These five-factor structures have been tested by verifying factor analysis. After all, it is determined that the scale has good compatibility values. To test the reliability of this scale, Cronbach Alfa reliability ratings, matters and correlation ratings are calculated to test the reliability of this scale. As a result, it has been found that the "Turkish Curriculum Assessment Scale" is a reliable and valid measurement tool.
