GENEL ORTAOKUL VE İMAM HATİP ORTAOKULU ALTINCI SINIF ÖĞRENCİLERİNİN HUKUK VE ADALET DERSİNE YÖNELİK ALGI VE TUTUMLARININ KARŞILAŞTIRILMASI

Abstract:

Araştırmanın amacı Genel Ortaokul ile İmam Hatip Ortaokul 6. sınıf öğrencilerinin Hukuk ve Adalet dersine yönelik algı ve tutumlarının karşılaştırılmasıdır. Buna yönelik olarak Sultanbeyli ilçesindeki birer Genel Ortaokul (82) ve İmam Hatip Ortaokul (79) 6. sınıfta Hukuk ve Adalet dersi almakta olan toplamda 161 öğrenciyi kapsayan bir araştırma gerçekleştirilmiştir. Nicel olan fakat deneysel olmayan betimsel ilişkisel araştırma modeli ile desenlenmiş olan araştırmada öğrencilerin algı ve tutumlarını ölçmek adına “Hukuk ve Adalet Dersine Yönelik Algı ve Tutum Anketi” kullanılmıştır. Araştırma verileri SPSS 26 programına aktarılmış ve Hukuk ve Adalet dersine yönelik öğrencilerin algı ve tutumları çeşitli değişkenlere (cinsiyet, aylık gelir ve anne/baba eğitim durumu) göre t-Test ve ANOVA testleri ile analiz edilmiştir. Buna göre Genel Ortaokul öğrencilerin Hukuk ve Adalet dersine yönelik algı ve tutum ortalamaları İmam Hatip Ortaokul öğrencilerinden daha yüksek çıkmıştır. Öğrencilerin Hukuk ve Adalet dersine yönelik algı ve tutumları ile Hukuk ve Adalet dersinin içeriğine ilişkin tutum konusunda sadece İmam Hatip Ortaokul bağımsız değişkeni ile aile aylık geliri değişkenleri arasında anlamlı farklılık bulunmuştur. Buna göre araştırma bulgularına göre alt amaçlara yönelik elde edilen sonuçlardan yola çıkılarak çeşitli önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

Abstract:

The research compares the perceptions and attitudes of the 6th-grade students of General Secondary School and Imam Hatip Secondary School toward the Law and Justice course. For this purpose, research was carried out involving 161 students who were taking Law and Justice lessons in 6th grade at a General Secondary School (82) and Imam Hatip Secondary School (79) in the Sultanbeyli district. In the study, which was designed with a quantitative but non-experimental descriptive research model, the “Perception and Attitude Questionnaire toward the Law and Justice Course” was used to measure students' perceptions and attitudes. The research data were transferred to the SPSS 26 program and the perceptions and attitudes of the students towards the Law and Justice course were analyzed by t-Test and ANOVA tests according to various variables (gender, monthly income, and parental education level). Accordingly, the perception and attitude averages of the General Secondary School students toward the Law and Justice course were higher than the Imam Hatip Secondary School students. A significant difference was found only between the Imam Hatip Secondary School independent variable and the family monthly income variables regarding the students' perceptions and attitudes toward the Law and Justice course and their attitude toward the content of the Law and Justice course. Accordingly, various suggestions were made based on the results obtained for the sub-objectives according to the research findings.
