This study is aimed at discussing the concept of hate speech in the media and assessing the work on the subject through the example of the Ankara Explosion. The study included a total of six newspapers, including the Republican newspaper, which was published in Turkey between October 11 and October 25th and has the highest rate of five newspapers, Time, Hürriyet, Post, Sözcü, Sabah and the Republican newspaper, which has decided not to comply with the banned broadcast. The language used in the news texts and titles related to the incident in the previous newspapers is interpreted by Van Dijk's method of news-speaking analysis. As a result, the same incident was found in the investigated press bodies, communicated in different forms and used a language that distorted divisions, legalized hostility, on the one hand fascist, on the other hand racist. The study emphasizes the importance of achieving many findings in the name of the hate speech that is the starting point of the research.
