Bu çalışmada Batman Üniversitesi çalışanları üzerinde yapılan araştırma ile sosyal sermayenin motivasyon ve iş tatmini arasında aracılık etkisi araştırılmıştır. Bu nedenle 286 akademik ve idari personele dört bölümden oluşan sorular sorulmuştur. Çalışma ölçeğinin ilk bölümünde kişisel bilgiler, ikinci bölümünde 29 sorudan oluşan motivasyon ölçeği, üçüncü bölümünde 20 sorudan oluşan Minnesota iş tatmin ölçeği, ölçeğin son bölümünde 8 sorudan oluşan sosyal sermaye ölçeği oluşturmaktadır. Veriler SPSS analiz programı aracılığıyla istatiksel metotlarla analiz edilmiştir. Yapılan analizler sonucunda, sosyal sermayenin motivasyon ve iş tatmini arasında kısmi ara değişken etkisine sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Sosyal Sermaye, İş Tatmini, Motivasyon. This study examined the influence of mediation between the motivation and business satisfaction of social capital and the research conducted on staff at the University of Batman. Therefore, 286 academic and administrative staff were asked questions consisting of four departments. In the first part of the study scale, personal information, the motivation scale of 29 questions in the second part, the Minnesota business satisfaction scale of 20 questions in the third part, and the social capital scale of 8 questions in the last part of the scale. The data is analyzed by statistical methods through the SPSS analysis program. The results of the analysis have found that social capital has a partial variable effect between motivation and business satisfaction. Keywords: social capital, job satisfaction, motivation. In this study, the mediating effect of social capital between motivation and job satisfaction was investigated with the research conducted on Batman University employees. For this reason, four-part questions were asked to 286 academic and administrative staff.
