Sağlık Çalışanlarında Örgütsel Affetme, Örgütsel Dedikodu ve İntikam Niyeti Arasındaki İlişkilerin İncelenmesi

Bu araştırmanın amacı, sağlık çalışanlarının örgütsel affetme, örgütsel dedikodu ve intikam niyetine ilişkin algılarını incelemek ve örgütsel affetme ve örgütsel dedikodunun intikam niyetine etkisini ortaya koymaktır. Çalışmada örgütsel affetme, örgütsel dedikodu ve intikam niyetinin sağlık çalışanlarının sosyo-demografik özelliklerine göre farklılaşıp farklılaşmadığının belirlenmesi de hedeflenmektedir. Araştırmada, Sakarya ilinde bir eğitim ve araştırma hastanesinde çalışan ve çalışmaya katılmayı kabul eden 191 sağlık çalışanına anket uygulanmıştır. Araştırma bulgularına göre, sağlık sektöründe çalışanlarda durumları affetme algısı lisans ve üzeri eğitime sahip olanlarda, hemşirelerde ve 9 yıl ve daha az süredir sağlık sektöründe çalışanlarda daha düşük bulunmuştur. Örgütsel dedikodu algısının diğer sağlık personelinde lisans ve üzeri eğitim düzeyinde olanlarda ve 9 yıl ve daha az süredir sağlık sektöründe çalışanlarda daha düşük olduğu belirlenmiştir. İntikam niyetinin ise kadınlarda ve önlisans ve üzeri eğitim düzeyindekilerde daha düşük olduğu ortaya konulmuştur. Çalışma sonucunda, sağlık çalışanlarının intikam niyetini örgütsel affetmenin negatif yönde ve örgütsel dedikodunun pozitif yönde etkilediği tespit edilmiştir.

Review of the relationships between organizational forgiveness, organizational discourse and intention of revenge in health workers

Abstract:

The purpose of this research is to study health workers’ perceptions of organizational forgiveness, organizational rumor and intention of revenge and to reveal the impact of organizational forgiveness and organizational rumor on the intention of revenge. The study also aims to determine whether organizational forgiveness, organizational rumors and the intention of revenge differ according to the socio-demographic characteristics of health workers. The survey conducted a survey of 191 health workers working in a educational and research hospital in Sakarya province and who agreed to participate in the work. According to the research findings, the perception of forgiveness in the health sector workers was lower in those with a license and higher education, in nurses and in those working in the health sector for 9 years or less. The organizational rumor perception has been found to be lower in other healthcare professionals in those who are at a bachelor’s and higher education level and in those who have worked in the health sector for 9 years or less. The intention of revenge was found to be lower in women and those at pre-graduate and higher education levels. The study found that organizational forgiveness affects the intention of revenge of health workers in a negative direction and organizational rumors in a positive direction.
