Bu araştırmanın amacı, Kazakistan Eğitim ve Bilim Bakanlığı tarafından onaylanmış 5. sınıf düzeyinde okutulmakta olan Kazak Edebiyatı ve Rus Dili ve Edebiyatı ders kitapları ile Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı Türkçe ders kitabındaki metinlerin hangi değerleri ilettiğini tespit etmek, bundan hareketle nasıl bir insan tipinin yetiştirilmek istendiğini ortaya koymak, varsa eksiklerin neler olduğunu ve en önemlisi de bu eksikliklere yönelik nasıl çözümler geliştirebileceğine dair öneriler sunmaktır. Çalışmada kitaplardaki metinlerin tümü incelenerek, değerlerin yer aldığı cümlelere ilişkin örnek alıntılara yer verilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda ilgili ders kitaplarında 33 farklı değere ulaşılmıştır. Bu değerler bireysel, millî, evrensel, dinî olmak üzere dört ana başlıkta toplanmıştır. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Alan yazında, ders kitaplarının değerler açısından incelemesine yönelik çeşitli çalışmalar olmasına rağmen Kazakistan ortaokul seviyesinde ders kitaplarının incelenmesi daha önce yapılmamıştır. Bu açıdan bu çalışma önem arz etmektedir.
The purpose of this research is to identify the values of the Kazak Literature and Russian Language and Literature curricula, which are being taught at the 5th grade, approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of Kazakhstan, and to identify the values of the texts in the Turkish curriculum of the Ministry of National Education, to reveal how a human type is to be trained, what are the shortcomings if there is, and, most importantly, how to develop solutions to these shortcomings. The study examined all the texts in the books and included examples of the sentences in which the values were included. The study found 33 different values in the relevant classbooks. These values are gathered in four main titles: individual, national, universal, religious. The research method has been used. In the summer of the field, although there were various studies aimed at the study of the curriculum books in terms of values, the study of the curriculum books at the high school level in Kazakhstan has not been done before. This work is of importance in this regard.
The purpose of this research was to determine the values conveyed by the texts in Ministry of National Education’s Turkish course book and Kazakh Literature and Russian Language and Literature course books lectured at the 5th grade as being approved by Kazakhstan Education and Science Ministry, to reveal what type of a person was required to be trained, and to specify the deficiencies and most importantly, to offer suggestions related to the solutions of these deficiencies. In the study, all the texts in the course books were analyzed, and sample quotations related to the sentences indicating the values were included. 33 values were obtained from the Related course books. from At the end of the research, different values possible to be collected under four main titles in the course books were obtained. These values were gathered under four main titles including the individual, national, universal and religious values. Qualitative research method was used in the research. Although there were studies carried out on investigating the course books in terms of values in the literature, investigating the course books at Kazakhstan secondary education grade and comparing these with the same Turkish course books in Turkey was not previously carried out. In this respect, this study was remarkable.
