Abstract:

It is certain that the Ottoman era constitutes one of the most important stages of time-interpreted writing activities. But unfortunately, this time when the very valuable inspectors grown and the works were created is not enough known. In this article, with the idea that a small step should be taken on this path, Muhammad Sâbit Efendi, a completely forgotten inspector from the scientists of the last period of Ottoman, has addressed and studied the place and work in the interpretation science. There is no other thing in our possession than the Fatiha’s expression that we have only made a pencil on the subject of the testimony. The work is done through this interpretation. On the other hand, this study and the objective of an officer living in the period of the destruction and disintegration of the Ottoman was to reveal a data that would help us to predict the place in the interpretation of the time, as well as the general lines of the interpretation of the time.
