Abstract:

The objective of this research is to study the professional self-respect of children developers who work in public hospitals and the levels of life satisfaction. In line with this objective, 65 children developers have formed a work group of research that continues to work in public hospitals in various provinces of Turkey and will voluntarily participate in research. In the research, a general scan model from quantum research methods was used. To the children developers involved in the research, the personal information form was collected and analyzed by the "Professional Self-Respect Scale" developed by the "Lifetime Scale" adapted by the Orphan (1993) and the "Professional Self-Respect Scale" online form. The study found that there was no statistically meaningful relationship between the professional self-respect of children’s developers and the satisfaction of life. The study analyzed whether the professional self-respect and levels of life satisfaction of children developers working in the hospital differed significantly according to the various variables.
