Eğitim ve öğretimin kalıcı olmasında öğreten ve öğrenen arasındaki etkileşim yanında kullanılan teknikler ve araçların da etkisi büyüktür. Bu açıdan 21.yüzyılın hızla gelişen ve değişen dünyasında eğitim ve öğretim kaynakları da değişmekte ve gelişmektedir. 20.yüzyıl sonlarına kadar klasik eğitim araçları kullanılırken, 2000 yılından sonra eğitim araçları arasına teknolojik araçlar hızlı bir giriş yapmıştır. Bütün derslerde ve disiplinlerde olduğu gibi coğrafya eğitiminde de kullanılan öğretim araçları değişmiş ve çeşitlenmiştir. Bu araştırmanın amacı 21.yüzyılda öğretim kaynakları arasına giren Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı Ortaöğretim Genel Müdürlüğü tarafından geliştirilen OGM Materyal eğitim uygulamasının coğrafya branşına ait öğretim kaynaklarının incelenmesidir. Araştırma nitel yöntemde durum çalışması deseninde gerçekleştirilmiş, verilerin toplanması konusunda doküman incelemesi yöntemi tercih edilmiştir. İncelenen OGM Materyal eğitim uygulamasında 6 ana başlık altında 26 alt başlığın olduğu, bu başlıklar altında 49.586 içeriğin öğretmen ve öğrencilere sunulduğu görülmüştür. Coğrafya branşına ait içeriklerin Dinamik uygulamalar ve Projeler dışında bütün başlıklar altında yer aldığı tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca coğrafya içeriklerinin Coğrafya Dersi Öğretim Programı ile uyumlu olduğu sonucu elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler ve sonuçlar ışığında OGM Materyal eğitim uygulamasının özellikle coğrafya dersinde ihtiyaç duyulan harita, video, animasyon, 3B yapılar gibi ders materyalleri ile eğitim kaynak çeşitliliğini arttıracağı ve öğretilen konuların daha kalıcı olmasını sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir. Bu platformun daha iyi kullanılması için öğretmen ve öğrencilere daha çok tanıtımının yapılması ve sistemsel bazı hataların düzeltilmesi önerilmektedir.
In addition to the interaction between the teacher and the learner, the techniques and tools used have a great effect on the permanence of education and training. In this respect, education and training resources are also changing and developing in the rapidly developing and changing world of the 21st century. While classical education tools were used until the end of the 20th century, technological tools made a rapid entry into education tools after 2000. As in all courses and disciplines, the teaching tools used in geography education have changed and diversified. The purpose of this research; It is the examination of the teaching resources of the geography branch of the OGM Material education application, which was developed by the Ministry of National Education General Directorate of Secondary Education, which became one of the teaching resources in the 21st century. The research was carried out in the case study pattern in the qualitative method, and the document analysis method was preferred for data collection. It was observed that there were 26 sub-titles under 6 main titles in the examined OGM Material education application, and 49,586 contents were presented to teachers and students under these titles. It has been determined that the contents of the geography branch are included under all headings except Dynamic applications and Projects. In addition, it was concluded that the geography contents were compatible with the Geography Course Curriculum. In the light of the data and results obtained, it is thought that the OGM Materials education application will increase the diversity of educational resources with course materials such as maps, videos, animations, 3D structures, which are especially needed in geography lessons, and will ensure that the taught subjects are more permanent. For better use of this platform, it is recommended to promote it more to teachers and students and to correct some systemic errors
