Dil insanoğlunun sahip olduğu en etkili ve en önemli iletişim aracıdır. Toplumu ve kültürü yansıtan önemli bir unsur olmasının yanı sıra aynı zamanda kültür aktarıcısıdır. Birey dil aracılığıyla duygu ve düşüncelerini dile getirir, dilin vermiş olduğu imkânlarla da bakış açısı kazanır. Dolayısıyla bir bireyin dili onun hangi kültüre, hangi millete, hangi inanca, hangi topluma ve yaşam tarzına sahip olduğunu gösterir. Birey bu inanç ve yaşam tarzını bir sonraki nesle aktarırken kalıp ifadelerden faydalanır. Kalıp ifadeler deyim, atasözü, klişe, ikilem ve slogan gibi ifadelerin bir durum karşısında kullanılmasıdır. Literatüre bakıldığında yabancı dil olarak Türkçe öğretiminde kalıp ifadelerin oldukça önemli bir konuma sahip olduğu görülmektedir. Kalıp ifadeler toplumsal değerlerimizi ve kültürel yapımızı yansıtmaktadır. Bu nedenle kalıp ifadelerin hangi bağlamda nasıl kullanıldığı da önem arz etmektedir. Türkçe öğretenlerin dil bilgisi ve kelime öğretiminin yanı sıra kalıp ifadeleri de bağlama uygun bir şekilde vermeleri gerekmektedir. Kişilerarası etkili iletişim ve kültür aktarımı ancak bu şekilde gerçekleşmektedir. Bu bilgilerden hareketle çalışmanın amacı, Türkçenin yabancı dil olarak öğretimi ders kitaplarının söz varlığı içinde önemli bir konuma sahip olan kalıp ifadelerin öğretilmesinde kolaylık sağlamak adına belirlenen “yedi basamak tekniğinin” kullanımını tanıtmaktır. Yedi basamak tekniği tam öğrenme ve her basamakta farklı tekniklerin birleşmesi gibi artılara sahiptir. Günlük hayatta sık sık kullandığımız toplumsal değerlerimizi ve kültürümüzü yansıtan kalıp ifadeler bu tekniğin her basamağı içselleştirilerek uygulandığında öğrenme kalıcı ve etkili hale gelecektir. Aynı zamanda Türkçedeki kalıplaşmış ifadelerin net bir şekilde belirlenmesi ve yeterli düzeyde açıklayıcı bir sözlüğün oluşturulması alandaki bu eksikliğe büyük ölçüde hizmet edecektir. Çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemi içerisinde doküman incelemesi tekniği kullanılmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda Yedi İklim Türkçe A1, A2, B1, B2 ve C1 ders kitaplarından rastgele seçilen üçer kalıp sözün öğretilme tekniği incelenmiş ve yedi basamak tekniğinin önemi belirtilmiştir.
The language is the most effective and important communication tool man has. In addition to being an important element that reflects society and culture, it is also a cultural translator. The individual expresses his feelings and thoughts through the language, and gains the perspective of the possibilities given by the language. Therefore, the language of an individual indicates which culture, which nation, which belief, which society and the way of life he has. The individual takes advantage of these expressions while transmitting this belief and lifestyle to the next generation. The remaining expressions are the use of expressions such as phrase, speech, clash, twist and slogan in front of a situation. When it comes to literature, it appears that the teaching of the Turkish language as a foreign language has a very important position. These expressions reflect our social values and our cultural structure. Therefore, it is important to see in which context the statements are used. Turkish teachers need to provide language knowledge and word teaching as well as the form and expressions in an appropriate way to link. Interpersonal effective communication and cultural transmission only occurs in this way. The purpose of the study of this information is to promote the use of the "seven-step technique" specified in order to facilitate the teaching of template expressions that have an important position in the presence of the teaching books of Turkish as a foreign language. The seven-step technique has advantages such as complete learning and the combination of different techniques in each step. The patterns and expressions that reflect our social values and our culture that we often use in our daily life will become permanent and effective when each step of this technique is internalized and applied. At the same time, the clear determination of the formulated expressions in Turkish and the creation of a sufficient level of explanatory dictionary will greatly serve this lack in the field. In the study, the quality research method is used in the document examination technique. According to this purpose, the three-type teaching technique of the Seven Climate Turkish A1, A2, B1, B2 and C1 lesson books randomly selected and the importance of the seven-stage technique has been studied.
