This study focuses on the hosting for the Austrian, Venetian, Polish and Russian ambassadors coming to Istanbul after the Carlowitz Treaty for various reasons and the expenditures related to the same. After this agreement, two diplomatic missions were held by Austria and Russia, one by Venetian and Poland. The purpose of the survey is to identify the names of these ambassadors, the purposes for coming to Istanbul and the applications made for them after they entered the capital and the amounts spent during the same. In this regard, it will be revealed how the Sublime Porte approached to the representatives of the different countries after the same treaty and within almost the same objectives within the frame of the general ambassador assumptions. At this point, the similarities and differences between the behaviours applied to the foreign embassies that are used in the study and the expenditures made will be determined, and their relationship with Ottoman diplomatic understanding will be reflected. As a matter of fact, it has been found out that there are many reasons for differences in the amount of expenditures made for the ambassadors in the findings obtained in the research result. In order to realize the objectives stated in the study, the archive documents of the turnout and chronicles and other research works were utilized
