Bu çalışmada Almanya'nın Baden Württemberg eyaletinde verilen İslâm Din Dersi'nin ilköğretim ve ortaöğretim programlarının değerler açısından incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Amaç kapsamında Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı'nın kök değerleri esas alınarak 10 analiz kategorisi bu değer isimlerinden oluşturulmuştur. Nitel araştırma yöntemine uygun olan çalışmada doküman incelemesi ile elde edilen veriler içerik analizi tekniği ile çözümlenmiştir. Bulguların yorumlanmasında literatür taramasından, Almanya'da verilen diğer derslerin öğretim programlarından kıyaslama yapılarak yararlanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, program kazanımlarında kök değerlere yer verildiği görülmüş, ilköğretim ve ortaöğretim programlarının değer anlayışının öz denetimli ve sorumlu insan olmak üzerine temellendirildiği tespit edilmiştir. Çalışma sonunda elde edilen bulgulara göre ilköğretim ve ortaöğretim düzeyindeki programda toplam 142 kazanım içersinde değer içeren kazanımlardan en fazla önemsenen değer 13 kez geçen öz denetim değeridir. Bu değerleri sırasıyla saygı (11), sorumluluk (10), vatanseverlik (7), adalet (4), dostluk (2), dürüstlük (3), sevgi (2) ve yardımseverlik (1) değerleri takip etmektedir. Bu değerler Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı tarafından öne çıkarılan kök değerlerle belli oranda örtüşmektedir. Buna karşın sabır değerine ilişkin bir kazanım olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Çalışma sonunda, İslâm Din Dersi öğretim programı kazanımlarında bazı değerlere doğrudan yer verilmese de bu değerlere işaret eden bir içeriğe sahip olduğu ancak programın analiz kategorisi olarak ele alınan kök değerler açısından yeterlilik düzeyinde olmadığı tespit edilmiş ve programın değerleri öne çıkaran bir yapıda geliştirilmesine yönelik önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
In this study, it is aimed to analyse the primary and secondary education programs of the Islamic religion course in Baden-Württemberg, Germany in terms of values. Within the scope of the purpose, the root values of the Ministry of National Education were taken as basis and 10 analysis categories were formed from these value names. In the study, which is suitable for qualitative research method, the data obtained by document analysis were analyzed by content analysis technique. In the interpretation of the findings, a literature review and comparisons with the curricula of other courses taught in Germany were used. As a result of the research, it was seen that root values were included in the program outcomes, and it was determined that the value understanding of primary and secondary education programs was based on self-controlled and responsible people. According to the findings obtained at the end of the study, the most important value among the 142 acquisitions in the programme at primary and secondary education level ist he value of self-control, which is mentioned 13 times. These values are followed by respect (11), responsibility (10), patriotism (7), justice (4), friendship (2), honesty (3), love (2) and helpfulness (1). These values overlap with the root values emphasised by the Ministry of National Education. On the other hand, it was determined that there was no acquisition related on the patience. At the end of the study, it has been determined that although some values are not directly included in the objectives of the Islamic Religious Lesson curriculum, it has a content that points to these values. Also it has been determined that the program is not at the level of proficiency in terms of the root values considered as the analysis category and suggestions have been made for the development of the program in a structure that highlights the values.
