Abstract:

The purpose of the research is to test the regulatory effect of the control focus on the impact of employing in the food and beverage department employees on the innovative business behavior. In this context, a field research was carried out on the employees of the food and beverage department of the hotel companies operating in Antalya for the analysis of the research model created and the data was obtained using the survey technique. The survey was collected by 432 food and beverage workers using the easy sampling method. In the analysis of the collected data, appropriate statistical packages have been used. Research has found that employing has a positive impact on innovative business behaviors. In the regulatory effect, the internal control center has no effect, while the external control center has a regulatory role in the relationship between employment and innovative business behavior. As a result, low, medium and high levels of external control focuses have shown that dedication to employment has a significant impact on innovative business behavior. * This research is produced from the doctoral thesis prepared by Mehmet TEKELİ at Nevşehir Hacı Bektaş Veli University, Institute of Social Sciences, Main Science Department of Tourism Business.
