Ebû İshâk Ahmed b. Muhammed b. İbrâhim es-Sa‘lebî, hicrî IV. asrın sonu ile V. asrın başlarında yaşamış ve hayatta iken el-Keşf ve’l-Beyân isimli eseri ile şöhret bulmuş bir müfessirdir. Özellikle kıraat-i aşere ile alakalı ilk eseri telif eden İbn Mihrân en-Nisâbûrî’den ders almış olması, onun kıraat birikimine önemli ölçüde katkı sağlamıştır. Bu sebeple müstakil bir kıraat eseri olmamasına rağmen müellif, tefsirinde azımsanmayacak ölçüde kıraat ihtilaflarına yer vermiş, çoğu zaman naklettiği kıraatleri tahlil ederek detaylı yorumlarda bulunmuştur. Çalışmamız el-Keşf ve’l-Beyân’da, Sa‘lebî’nin kıraatleri nakil esnasında nasıl bir usul izlediğini konu almaktadır. Bu bağlamda müfessirin başta kıraat imam/râvi ve sahabe/tâbiîn olmak üzere bölge/şehir, mushaf, Arap lehçesi veya herhangi bir isim belirtmeden yer verdiği kıraat ihtilaflarını nakletme yöntemi tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır.

Abū Ishāk Aḥmad ibn Muḥammad ibn Ibrāhīm al-Nīsābūrī al-Thaʿlabī is a commentator who lived at between the end of the 4th (hijri) century and the beginning of the 5th century and became famous with his work al-Kashf wa’l-bayān while he was still alive. Especially the fact that he took lessons from Ibn Mehrān al-Nîsābūrī, who wrote the first book on ten recitations, contributed significantly to his recitation knowledge. For this reason, although he has not a separate book or paper on recitation, the author mentions considerably about recitation conflicts in his tafsir, and often comments by analyzing the recitations he narrated. The study is about how al-Thaʿlabī followed a method during the transfer of recitations in al-Kashf wa-l-bayān. In this context, it has been tried to determine the author's method of conveying the recitation disputes, regarding imam / narrator and the sahaba / tâbiîn, region / city, mushaf, Arabic dialect or nameless narration.
