Araştırmada okul müdürlerinin etik liderlik davranışları, öğretmenlerin okul müdürüne güven algıları ve örgütsel bağlılıkları arasında ilişkiyi incelemek amaçlanmıştır. İlişkisel tarama yöntemi kullanılan araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Bolu ili Yeniçağa ilçesinde 2016-2017 eğitim-öğretim yılı 1. döneminde görev yapan 103 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada verilerin toplanmasında Etik Liderlik Ölçeği, Çok Amaçlı T Ölçeği ve Örgütsel Bağlılık Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırma verilerinin analizinde ortalama, standart sapma, Mann-Whitney U testi, Kruskal-Wallis testi ve Pearson korelasyon katsayısı yapılmıştır. Farklı cinsiyet, branş, yaş ve kıdemdeki öğretmenlerin örgütsel bağlılık, okul müdürünün etik liderlik davranışları ve okul müdürüne güven algıları benzer özellik göstermektedir. Öğretmenlerin okul müdürlerinin sergiledikleri etik liderlik algıları ile öğretmenlerin okul müdürüne güven algıları arasında okul müdürlerinin sergiledikleri etik liderlik davranışları ile öğretmenlerin örgütsel bağlılıkları arasında öğretmenlerin okul müdürüne güven algıları ile örgütsel bağlılıkları arasında pozitif yönlü ve yüksek düzeyde anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu saptanmıştır. Araştırmanın sonuçları doğrultusunda öğretmenlerin okul müdürlerinin sergiledikleri etik liderlik davranış algıları, öğretmenlerin okul müdürüne güven algıları ve öğretmenlerin örgütsel bağlılıkları arasındaki pozitif yönlü ve yüksek düzeyde anlamlı ilişki göz önünde bulundurulduğunda öğretmenlerin okul müdürüne güven ve örgütsel bağlılıklarının artması için okul müdürlerinin davranışlarının etik düzeyde olması gerekir. Okul müdürlerine eğitim ve okul yönetimi alanında üniversal eğitimler verilerek liderlik vasıflarının geliştirilmesi sağlanabilir.
The study aims to explore the relationship between school managers’ ethical leadership behaviors, teachers’ perceptions of trust in the school manager and their organizational commitments. Relational scan method used the research work group is made up of 103 teachers working in the 1st period of the 2016-2017 educational year in Bolu or Yeniçağa district. The study used the Ethical Leadership Scale, Multi-purpose T Scale and Organizational Responsibility Scale. The analysis of the research data included average, standard deviation, Mann-Whitney U test, Kruskal-Wallis test and Pearson correlation ratio. The organizational commitment of teachers of different gender, branch, age and age shows similar characteristics, the school manager's ethical leadership behavior and the school manager's confidence perceptions. It has been found that between teachers’ ethical leadership perceptions and teachers’ confidence perceptions to the school manager; between teachers’ ethical leadership behaviors and teachers’ organizational commitments; between teachers’ confidence perceptions to the school manager and their organizational commitments there is a positive and high-level meaningful relationship. According to the results of the study, the teachers' ethical leadership behavior perceptions showed by school managers, the teachers' confidence perceptions in the school managers and the positive and high-level meaningful relationship between the teachers' organizational commitments should be taken into account, and the teachers' behavior should be at the ethical level in order to increase their trust in the school managers and their organizational commitments. School managers can be provided with university training in the field of education and school management and the development of leadership skills.
The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between school leadership's ethical leadership behaviors, teachers' perceptions of trust in school principal and organizational commitment. The study group of the study, which was used in the relational screening method, consists of 103 teachers working in the 1st term of 2016-2017 academic year in Yeniçağa district of Bolu province. Ethical Leadership Scale, Multi Purpose T Scale and Organizational Commitment Scale were used to collect data. The mean, standard deviation, Mann-Whitney U test, Kruskal-Wallis test and Pearson correlation coefficient were used to analyze the data. Organizational commitment of teachers from different gender, branch, age and seniority, ethical leadership behaviors of school principal and trust perception of school principal are similar. Teachers 'perceptions of the ethical leadership of school principals and teachers' perceptions of the school principal trust; between the ethical leadership behaviors of school principals and the organizational commitment of teachers; It was found that there was a positive and high level of relationship between teachers' perceptions of trust and organizational commitment. In the light of the results of the study, when teachers' perceptions of the ethical leadership behavior of the school principals, teachers' perceptions of trust in the school principal and a positive and highly significant relationship between teachers' organizational commitment, teachers' school principals' behaviors should be at the ethical level in order to increase their trust and organizational commitment. The school principals can be provided with universal trainings in the field of education and school management and the development of leadership skills.
