Emek süreci, en başından itibaren insanın zihninde başlayan ve tasarlamaya dayanan, nesneleştirme temelli bir süreçtir. İnsan, tasarladığını nesneleştirebildiği ölçüde kendini de gerçekleştirebilmekte ve özgürleşmektedir. Bu anlamda insanın türsel bir varlık olarak kendisini ortaya koyabilmesi, bu süreci kontrol edilebilme düzeyiyle yakından ilişkilidir. Bir başka deyişle insanın kendi öz doğasını inşa etmesinin yegâne koşulu emek sürecini kendi denetimi altına alabilmesinden geçmektedir. Tarihsel süreç göstermiştir ki yalın bir emek sürecinden ve insanın doğa ile kurduğu sınırlı bir emek etkinliğinden bahsetmek mümkündür değildir. Emek süreçleri belirli tarihsel uğraklar temelinde farklılaşmaktadır. Hiç kuşku yok ki emek sürecinde meydana gelen farklılaşmalar emek sürecinin denetimini de önemli ölçüde dönüştürmektedir. Bu çalışmada içinde bulunduğumuz toplumu biçimlendiren hâkim anlayış olan kapitalist üretim ilişkileri ve bu üretim ilişkileri dolayımında ortaya çıkan emek süreci ve denetim ilişkilerinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Emek sürecinin denetimi, emek süreci teorisi bağlamında birçok düşünürün katkı sunduğu ve zenginleştirdiği bir alandır. Bundan dolayı çalışmada tek bir düşünürün kavram setini takip etmekten ziyade katkılarla gelişen bu alanı bir bütün haline ele almanın daha doğru olacağı kanısına varılmıştır. Bu kapsamda denetim olgusu; basit, doğrudan, sorumlu otonomi ve ideolojik denetim olmak üzere dört temel düzlemde ele alınmış olup tarihsel süreç içerisinde kapitalist üretim ilişkileri ve emek süreçlerinin geçirdiği dönüşüm bağlamında incelenmiştir.
The labour process, that starts in the human mind from the beginning and based on excogiation, is a process based on objectification. Man can realize himself and become free to the extent that he can objectify what he has designed. In this sense, the ability of man to reveal himself as a species being is closely related to the level of control of this process. In another words, the only condition for man to build his own nature is to be able to take the labour process under his own control. The historical process has shown that it is not possible to talk about a plain labour process and a limited labour activity established by man with nature. Labour processes differ on the basis of certain historical moments. There is no doubt that the differentiations occurring in the labour process significantly transform the control of the labour process. In this study, it is aimed to examine the capitalist production relations, which are the dominant understanding that shapes the society, and the labour process and control relations that emerge through these production relations. The control of the labour process is an area that many philosopher contribute and enrich, in the context of labour process theory. Therefore, it was inferred that it would be more accurate to consider this field, which developed with contributions, as a whole, rather than following the concept set of a single philosopher within the study. In this context, the control phenomenon has been discussed in four basic planes as simple, direct, responsible autonomy and ideological control and has been examined in the context of the transformation of capitalist production relations and labour processes in the historical process.
