Abstract:

In this study, fundamentally, the factors that influence the productivity in the composite industry were studied. In the first phase of the study, the factors were determined by literary scan. After the scan of literature, the conversation method was applied to verify the factors obtained from the scan of literature. In the continuation of the study, the final factor list was obtained by joint assessment of the results of the literary scan and the interview method. The final factor list was subsequently divided into two groups: solid (Group-1 factors) and flexible (Group-2 factors). After that, a survey was prepared to determine the level of importance of each factor. The survey was applied to 5 experts in the composite sector. After the data was collected with the survey, the data was analyzed with the SWARA method. According to the analysis of the SWARA method, the production capacity is the most important factor among the Group-1 factors, while the corporate culture is the most important factor among the Group-2 factors. The results also show that in terms of factor weights, Group-2 factors are more variable than Group-1 factors, which also supports the idea that the negative effects of flexible factors affecting the production efficiency in this composite industry can be eliminated more easily than the negative effects of solid factors affecting the production efficiency.
