Kendi zamanının en özgün eğitim modeli olan “Köy Enstitüleri”, köy yerelinden başlayarak tüm toplumun gelişimini hedef almış ve kısa sürede önemli gelişmeler sağlamıştır. Toplumla sosyal hizmet uygulaması da aynı felsefe ile hareket ederek genel olarak toplumun gelişimi için toplumsal kalkınma, sosyal planlama ve sosyal eylem modellerinden faydalanarak, toplumun ilerici hedefler ekseninde örgütlenmesi ve savunuculuğa odaklanması olarak açıklanabilir. Bu makalede toplumla sosyal hizmet uygulama modelleri perspektifinden Köy Enstitülerinin analizi yapılmıştır. Toplumla sosyal hizmet uygulama modelleri ile köy enstitülerinin kesişen noktaları incelenerek köy enstitüleri ile yürütülmüş ve toplumsal kalkınma ve çağdaşlaşmaya katkı vermiş olan uygulama örnekleri ile gittikçe önemi artan toplumla sosyal hizmet uygulamasına teori, uygulama teknikleri ve topluma katkıları ile toplumla çalışan sosyal hizmet uzmanlarına bir örnek olarak aktarılmaya çalışılmıştır.
The " Village Institutions", the most original educational model of its time, targeted the development of the entire society, starting from the local village, and in short has achieved significant developments. The practice of social services with society can also be explained as the organization of society and focus on defence in the axis of advanced goals, by moving with the same philosophy, taking advantage of social development, social planning and social action models for the development of society in general. In this article, the analysis of the rural institutions from the perspective of the social services application models with society was made. The study of the social services application models and cross-points of rural institutions and the application examples that have been carried out with rural institutions and contributed to social development and modernization and the increasing importance of the social services application with the society has been attempted to be transmitted as an example to the theory, application techniques and contributions to the society and social services professionals working with the society.
“Village institutes”, the most original model of their time, targeted the development of the entire society starting from the village local and provided important developments in a short time. Macro-social work practice can be explained as the focus on organization and advocacy on the basis of progressive goals by utilizing social development, social planning and social action models for the development of society in general. In this article, an evaluation was made from the perspective of macro social service models of the Village Institutes. For this purpose, the intersection points of macro social work models and village institutes have been examined. Thus, it was tried to be conveyed as an example to the social workers who are working with the village institutes and who have been contributing to social development and modernization with the theory, application techniques and contributions to the society and the social social service application which has become increasingly important.
