Ebu Bekri Muhammed b. el-Hasan b. Fürek el isfahani en-Nisaburi (ö. 406/1015) İslam ilim ve kültür tarihinde Ebü’l-Hasan el-Eş’ârî’inin görüşlerini sistemleştirmesi yönüyle Eşari kelam âlimi olarak tanınmış bir şahsiyettir. Yine o tasavvufla ilgili kaleme aldığı el-İbâne adlı müstakil eseriyle de sufi bir kimliğe sahip olduğunu açıkça göstermiştir. Bunun yanı sıra ona nisbet edilen Tefsiru Kur’ani’l-Azim adlı eser, tefsir tarihi açısında oldukça önemlidir. Bu eseriyle İbn Fürek, kelamcı ve sufi olduğu kadar yetkin bir müfessir olduğunu da göstermiştir. İşte bu makalede onun tefsir anlayışına, ayetleri yorumlama metoduna ve tefsir kültürümüze kazandırdıklarını ele alacağız.
