The tafsir personality of Hasan al-Banna, who is considered one of the contemporary thinkers, has not come to the fore. It is stated that he has the personality of the inviter of Islam and intensifying his studies in this field is effective in this. In this research, it was seen that Hasan al-Banna aimed to continue his commentary named "el-Manar" written Rashid Rıza. In the tafsir he wrote, it was observed that he adopted the method followed by the reputable tafsir scholars and interpreted the verses in this direction. It is striking that Hasan al-Banna, who evaluated the verses from a holistic perspective, mentioned the verses related to the same subject together. As a result of our study, it has been understood that Hasan al-Banna started to work with the aim of interpreting the Qur'an as a whole, but could not achieve this goal due to different motives. In addition, it has been seen that among the Surahs in the Qur'an, he gives priority to the verses that will contribute to the work of calling to Islam and gives weight to the interpretation of these verses.
