Abstract:

The research was done with the aim of studying the life satisfaction of pre-school teachers according to some variables. The research was carried out with 110 pre-school teachers working in schools associated with the Ministry of National Education located in the province of Shanlıurfa or Siverek. To access information about teachers, the Personal Information Form and the Life Satisfaction Scale were used to determine the levels of life satisfaction of teachers. The data were analyzed in the SPSS program, according to the number of categories of independent variables, by the t test for independent samples and by the One Direction Variance Analysis (ANOVA); the Scheffe test was used to study the group differences in meaningful output differences. According to the study, the level of life satisfaction of teachers is statistically meaningless (p>0,05) due to their age, civic status, senior status, staff status, the type of institutions in which they work, the physical capacity of their classes, the presence of the coaching student and the problem in terms of language (p>0,05) and statistically meaningful differences in terms of the situation of voluntary selection of their professions (p<0,05).
