Çalışmanın amacı kervansaray ve muhasebe işlemlerini açıklamaktır. Çalışmada öncelikle kervansarayın kurulması ve görevleri hakkında temel bilgilere yer verilmiştir. Daha sonra Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Cumhurbaşkanlığı, Devlet Arşivleri Başkanlığı’ndan arşiv belgesi alınmıştır. Arşiv belgesinde bir kervansaraya ait muhasebe kayıt örnekleri yer almaktadır. Kervansaray kuruluş sürecinde ve faaliyetlerinin devamlılığının sağlanmasında büyük sermaye gerektirmesi sebepleriyle vakıf olarak kurulmaktadır. Kervansarayda muhasebe kayıtları vakıf defterleri kapsamında yer almaktadır. Bu defterler sorumlu kadı ve vakıf idaresince denetlenmektedir. Arşiv belgesinde kervansaray muhasebe kayıtlarının siyakat yazı tekniği ve merdiven kayıt yöntemi ile yazıldığı görülmüştür.
The purpose of the work is to explain the work and accounting processes. In the study, first and foremost, the basic information on the establishment and tasks of the Kervansaray was included. The President of the Republic of Turkey received the archive document from the President of the State Archives. The archive document contains examples of accounting records of a carvansar. Kervansaray is established as a foundation for reasons that it requires large capital in the process of establishment and continuity of its activities. In Kervansaray, the accounting records are placed within the foundation records. These records are supervised by the responsible woman and the foundation. In the archive document, the accounting records of Kervansaray have been written with the technical writing technique and the scale registration method.
The aim of the study is to explain the caravanserai and accounting procedures. In the study, firstly, basic information about the establishment of the caravanserai and its duties are given. After, archive document is taken from President of Republic of Turkey, Presidency of State Archives. The archive document contains examples of accounting records of the caravanserai. Caravanserai is established as a foundation due to the fact that it requires large capital in the establishment process and to ensure the continuity of its activities. The accounting records in the caravanserai are included in the foundation books. These books are inspected by the responsible kadi and evkaf administration. In the archive document, it was seen that the accounting records of the caravanserai were written by using the siyakat writing technique and the merdiban recording method.
