Rusçuklu Ali Fethi Efendi Osmanlı Devleti’nin büyük bir dönüşüm ve değişimden geçtiği 19. asrın ilk yarısında yaşamış âlim, şair, mutasavvıf bir şahsiyettir. Aynı zamanda farklı alanlarda tercümeler yapmış ve kütüphane kataloğu hazırlamıştır. Manzum ve mensur bir tarzda yazdığı Milâd-ı Muhammediyye-i Hâkâniyye Hilye-i Fethiyye-i Sultâniyye (Hilye-i Sultânî) isimli eserinde klasik şerh geleneğine uygun olarak Hz. Ali’den rivayet edilen hilye hadisini tercüme ve şerh etmiştir. Çalışmanın giriş bölümünde hilye türü ile ilgili genel bir bilgi verilmiştir. Birinci bölümde Ali Fethi Efendi’nin hayatı ve eserleri tanıtılmış, ikinci bölümde Hilye-i Sultânî’nin şekil ve muhteva incelemesi yapılmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde eserdeki ayet ve hadis iktibasları ile Arapça şiirler kaynakları ve anlamları ile birlikte tablo şeklinde hazırlanmıştır. Sonuç bölümünde Ali Fethi Efendi, Hilye-i Sultânî ve bu eserdeki iktibas yöntemlerine dair bir değerlendirme yapılmıştır.
Rusçuklu Ali Fethi Efendi is a poet, poet, mutasavvif person who lived in the first half of the 19th century when the Ottoman State passed through a great transformation and change. He also made translations in different fields and prepared a library catalogue. In the entry section of the study, a general information on the type of trick was provided. In the first part, the life and works of Ali Fethi Efendi were introduced, in the second part, the shape of Hilye-i Sultânî was examined. In the third part, the verses and hadiths in the work and the Arabic poems are prepared in the form of paintings together with their sources and meanings. In the result section, Ali Fethi Efendi, Hilye-i Sultânî and the methods of iktibas in this work were evaluated.
Rustchuk Ali Fethi Efendi was a scholar, poet, sufi who lived in the first half of the 19th century, when the Ottoman Empire was going through a great transformation and change. He also made translations in different fields and prepared a library catalog. In his work titled Milâd-ı Muhammediyye-i Hâkâniyye Hilye-i Fethiyye-i Sultâniyye (Hilye-i Sultânî), which he wrote in the form of poetry and prose, he translated and commented on the Hazrat Ali’s narrations of hilya in accordance with the classical commentary tradition. In the introduction section of the study, general information about hilye type is given. In the first part, the life and works of Ali Fethi Efendi are introduced and in the second part, the shape and content of Hilye-i Sultânî are examined. In the third part, the verse and hadith quotations in the work and the Arabic poems arre prepared in tabular form together with their sources and meanings. In the conclusion section, an evaluation of Ali Fethi Efendi, Hilye-i Sultânî and the methods of quoting in this work is made.
