Demiryolu araçlarının mekanik mühendisliği açısından en kritik parçası bojidir. Boji, masif yüklere maruz demiryolu araçlarının hareket, yük taşıma ve sönümleme işlemlerini yerine getirir. Kaynaklı çelik konstrüksiyondan imal edilen bojilerde yapı malzemesi olarak karbonlu çelik malzemeler tercih edilmektedir. Bu çalışmada, boji malzemesi için S235, S275 ve S355 malzemeler dikkate alınarak en uygun karbonlu çelik alaşımının belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Malzeme seçiminde emniyet katsayısı maksimizasyonu, birim fiyat minimizasyonu ve kaynak edilebilirlik maksimizasyonu hedef fonksiyonlar olarak dikkate alınarak optimizasyon problemi modellenmiştir. Modelin çözümü için çok kriterli karar verme yöntemlerinden olan TOPSIS ve VIKOR algoritmaları kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlar birinci derecede en uygun malzemenin S355 çeliği, ikinci derecede en uygun malzemenin ise S275 çeliği olduğunu göstermektedir. Ayrıca S355-S275 kombinasyonu ile gerçekleştirilecek konstrüksiyonun çok daha iyi sonuçlar vereceği belirlenmiştir.
The most critical component of rail vehicles in terms of mechanical engineering is color. Boji performs the movement, cargo transport and decomposition processes of rail vehicles exposed to massive cargoes. In painting made from steel structures, carbon steel materials are preferred as building materials. In this study, the aim was to determine the most suitable carbon steel alloy, taking into account the S235, S275 and S355 materials for the boji material. In the selection of material; security ratio maximization, unit price minimization and sourceability maximization have been modeled optimization problems taking into account as target functions. The TOPSIS and VIKOR algorithms, which are multi-critical decision-making methods for the solution of the model, have been used. The results show that the most suitable material in the first place is steel S355 and the most suitable material in the second place is steel S275. It is also determined that the construction that will be carried out with the S355-S275 combination will give much better results.
In terms of mechanical engineering, the most critical part of rolling stocks is bogies. Bogies perform the processes of movement, freightage and damping of rolling stocks exposed to massive freight. Carbon steel materials are preferred as the construction material of bogies when they are produced by welded steel construction. In this study, it is aimed to determine the most suitable carbon steel alloy for the material of bogies taking into consideration S235, S275 and S355 materials. Optimization problem has been modelled in material selection by considering the target functions as maximisation of safety factor, minimisation of unit price and maximisation of weldability. Algorithms of TOPSIS and VIKOR, which are multi-criteria decision-making models, have been used for the solution of model. According to the results, it is seen that the most suitable material is primarily steel of S355 and secondarily steel of S275. Furthermore, it is determined that constructions with the combination of S355 and S275 will enable much better results.
