Günümüzde tedarik zinciri kavramı, iş dünyasında kalite, maliyet ve performans gibi unsurlarla stratejik rekabetin artması sonucu firmaların piyasadaki saygınlığını sağlayan unsurlardan biridir. Zincirin ilk adımı olan ‘tedarikçi seçimi’ için alınan kararların doğru olduğunu söyleyebilmek zordur. Çünkü birbirlerinden farklı amaçları gerçekleştiren alternatiflerden en uygun olan tedarikçiyi bulmak gerekir. Bu çalışmada Türkiye’ nin tarım araçları üretimini gerçekleştiren bir firmaya ait tedarikçi seçimi problemi ele alınmıştır. Literatürde Çok Kriterli Karar Verme yöntemleri; hesaplama zamanı, basitlik ve güvenilirlik açısından farklılık göstermektedir. Çalışmada kullanılan yöntemler güvenilirlik açısından iyi, orta ve zayıf düzeyde olacak şekilde seçilmiştir. Tedarikçi seçiminde kriterlere göre alternatifler arasında değerlendirmelerde kesin yargılara varılamayacağı için klasik mantık anlayışı yeterli gelmeyecektir. Bu yüzden bütün yöntemler bulanık olarak kullanılmıştır. İlk çözüm yolu olarak Bulanık AHP, ikinci çözüm yolu olarak bütünleşik Bulanık DEMATEL- Bulanık TOPSIS ve son çözüm yolu olarak bütünleşik Bulanık AHP- Bulanık MOORA olmak üzere 3 farklı şekilde problem ele alınmış ve sonuçlar karşılaştırılmıştır. Çalışmanın amaçlarından birisi de yöntemlerin bütünleşik kullanılmasından elde edilen sonuçların, yaygın olarak kullanılan yöntemlerdeki sonuçlardan farklı olabileceğini göstermektir. Bu nedenle çözüm yolları arasında bir üstünlük saptanması yoluna gidilmemiştir.

Nowadays, the concept of supply chain is one of the factors that ensure the reputation of companies in the market as a result of the increase in strategic competition in the business world with elements such as quality, cost and performance. It is difficult to say that the decisions taken for "supplier selection", which is the first step of the chain, are correct. Because it is necessary to find the most suitable supplier among the alternatives that fulfill different purposes. In this study, Turkey's agricultural vehicles are considered a company owned supplier selection problems that made the production. Multiple Criteria Decision Making Methods in the Literature; they differ in computing time, simplicity and reliability. The methods used in the study were chosen to be good, moderate and poor in terms of reliability. Since definitive judgments cannot be reached in evaluating alternatives according to criteria in supplier selection, classical logic will not be sufficient. Therefore, all methods are used in a blurry way. The first solution is Fuzzy AHP, the second solution is the integrated Fuzzy DEMATEL-Fuzzy TOPSIS, and the last solution is the integrated Fuzzy AHP-Fuzzy MOORA, were discussed and the results were compared. One of the aims of the study is to show that the results obtained from the integrated use of methods may differ from the results of commonly used methods. For this reason, no superiority was found among the solutions.
