Abstract:

The First World War, which began on June 28, 1914 with the assassination of an Austrian-Hungarian guardian by a Serbian, was the most extensive war in world history. The war for the Ottoman State, which was involved in the war with the economic breakthrough in which it was, was a destruction. In this battle in which the Ottoman State entered by taking over all the possibilities; thousands of martyrs were given on the front, while the Ottoman people behind the front also gave a life war. The civil people living in Turkey in the First World War, where the front and the back of the front became uncertain, struggled to survive in the edge of hunger and poverty. However, the officials who were treated by the Ottoman society were also affected negatively by the First World War. This study also addressed the problems of the officials living in Turkey during the First World War. The findings found that during the years of war, a large portion of the officers fell into the fool and misery, and some of them were forced to pray to survive. In addition, it is clear that some of the officers in the war process deal with the trade, and some of the officers are carburant. While the officers were engaged in other tasks during the war, the officers were dismissed.
