Abstract:

This study aims to study the impact of training processed in accordance with the traditional approach and tactical game approach in newly beginners of tennis on the ability to use forehand, backhand and service techniques on the cart. The study was attended by 16 volunteer women from the Kocaeli University Body Education and Sports High School (KOU BESYO) students, the athletes assigned as the control (n=8) and experiment (n=8) group, the pre-test, inter-test and final test model was applied. The control group (boy 168,75±6,22 cm, weight 60,52±3,54 kg, sports age 2.75±1,48 years average) has been applied to the traditional training approach and experimental group (boy 164,12±4,19 cm, weight 58,67±3,86 kg, sports age 2,38±0,91 years) with tactical-play approach. The research was applied as 3 weeks basic training and 8 weeks basic technical training. At the end of the 3rd week, the first tests were performed in the following weeks. The data obtained by taking the latest tests at the end of the 11th week were identified as appropriate to normal distribution (p>0,05) with the Shapiro-Wilk-W test in the SPSS 22.0 program. Parametric tests and first and final measurement analysis and intergroup analysis were also done with Independent Sample T Test and final measurement analysis. The sensitivity rate of the analyses (p=05) is estimated. In both groups, there was a significant difference between the Broer-Miller Forehand and Backhand test results and the Dewit Dugan Panoya service test results (p=0,00). The last measurement found a significant difference between the group-intergroup Broer-Miller Forehand (p=0,00) and backhand (p=0,034) test (p<0,05), while the DeWitt Dugan panel service test did not find a significant difference since the group-intergroup test was p=0,098 (p>0,05). As a result, as a result of the exercises applied by the traditional and tactical method of play, the technical skills of the athletes are considered to be an applicable method in terms of the athlete's activity in the classroom training and the ability to develop different motor skills due to the creation of meaningful differences within the group. It can also be said that after examining the weekly average development values, tactical game approach training has a positive impact on the skill compared to traditional training.
