Afganistan Ve Stavropol Türkmenlerinin Kullandıkları Şimdiki Zaman Ekleri

Türkçenin şimdiki zaman eklerinin, edebî dillerde ve ağızlardaki durumuyla ilgili birçok çalışma yapılmış, eklerin gelişimi izâh edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu çalışmada, haklarında çok az bilgi sahibi olduğumuz Afganistan ve Stavrapol Türkmenlerinin günlük konuşma ve yazı dilinde kullandıkları, şimdiki zaman ekleri ele alınmıştır. Karşılaştırma yapılabilmesi için de günümüz Türkmenistan edebî dilinde kullanılan şimdiki zaman ekleri gösterilmiştir. Bu çalışmada verilen bilgiler, bu iki bölgede yakın geçmişte yapılan dil çalışmalarından derlenmiştir. Türkmen ağızlarını sınıflandırmada, en büyük ölçütlerden biri şimdiki zaman ekleridir. Türkmen boyları ağzılarında şimdiki zaman ekinin standart bir kullanımı yoktur. Türkmen Türkçesinde, Türkiye Türkçesi ağızılarında, olduğu gibi şimdiki zaman eklerinde çok şekillilik vardır. Afganistan’daki Türkmenlerin büyük çoğunluğunu, Ersarı boyu oluşturmaktadır. Ersarılar, diğer Türkmen boylarının kullanmadıkları, Türkiye Türkçesiyle de ortaklık gösteren –yor şimdiki zaman eklerini kullanmaktadır. –yor şimdiki zaman ekleri günlük konuşma dilinde çok sık kullanılmakla birlikte diğer Türkmen boylarının ağızlarındaki şimdiki zaman ekleri de az da olsa kullanılmaktadır. Edebî eserlerde de en sık kullanılan şimdiki zaman eki –yor’dur. Stavrapol, Rusya sınırları içerisinde Kuzey Kafkasya’da yer alan bir bölgedir. Stavrapol’da Türkmenler; Çovdur, İgdir, Söyüncacı boylarından oluşmaktadır. Stavrapol Türkmenleri, günlük konuşma dilinde şimdiki zaman eki olarak, sıklıkla “–A/-Ay +dır/dur+ şahıs ekleri” kalıbını kullanmaktadırlar. Bu yapı, Kıpçak döneminden beri değişmemiş ve Stavrapol Türkmenlerinin edebî dillerinde ve ağızlarında yaşamaktadır.

Many studies on the state of the current time additions of Turkish, literary languages and mouths have been done, the development of additions has been tried to be explained. In this study, we discussed the current time additions that the Afghan and Stavrapol Turkmen people, we have very little knowledge of their rights, use in their daily speech and writing. For comparison, the current time additions used in the literary language of today's Turkmenistan have been shown. The information provided in this study is collected from language studies in these two regions in recent past. In the classification of Turkmen mouths, one of the greatest criteria is the current time additions. There is no standard use of the current time supplement in the mouths of Turkmen heights. In Turkmen Turkish, there are many forms in the Turkish mouths, as in the present time additions. The majority of Turks in Afghanistan are all over the world. They use the current time supplements that other Turkmen boards do not use, which also show partnership with the Turkish language. The current time add-ons are used very often in the daily speech language while the current time add-ons in the mouths of other Turkmen lengths are used very little. The most frequently used in literary works is the current time. Stavrapol is a region located in the northern Caucasus within the Russian borders. In Stavrapol, the Turkmenists are made up of Chovdur, Igdir, Sohüncacı. The Stavrapol Turkmen, as a current time attachment in the daily speech language, often uses the "-A/-Moon + is/stop+ person attachments" template. This structure has not changed since the period of Kipchak and lives in the literary languages and mouths of the Stavrapol Turkmen.

Many studies have been made about the status of literary language and dialect of Turkish the present continuous tense suffixes, development of suffixes have been tried to explain. In this study, the present canyinuous tense suffixes have been discussed which we have very little information about Afghanistan and Stavropol Turkmens used daily conversation and writing language. In order to compare, the present continuous tense suffixes which are used present-day Turkmenistan literary language have been shown. The information given in this study has been compiled from the work of language at recent past at these two regions. Dialect of Turkmen classification, one of the major criteria is the present cuntinuous tense suffixes. At the dialect of Turkmen tribes, there is no use a standart of the present contınuous tense suffixes. At Turkmen Turkish as well as dialect of Turkey Turkish there is a polymorpihism at the present continuous tense suffixes. The vast majority of Turkmen in Afghanistan, is the Ersarı tribes. Ersarıs, do not use other Turkmen tribes, use the present continuous tense suffix –yor is partnership with Turkey Turkish. At literary Works the most frequently used the present continuous tense suffix is –yor. Stavropol is a region that situated in North Caucasus which is in the Russia borders. Stavropol Turkmens are formed of Çovdur, İgdir, Söyüncacı tribes. Stavropol Turkmens use “-A/-Ay +dır/+dur+ personal affixes” pattern at daily conversation language for the present conyinuouns tense suffixes. This structure has no change since the days of Kipchak, and lives at the literary language and dialect of Stavropol Turkmens.
