Okul yöneticilerinin göreve yeni başlayan sınıf öğretmenlerinin sınıf yönetimini gerçekleştirebilme düzeylerine ilişkin görüşlerini belirlemek amacıyla oluşturulan bu araştırmada tarama modelli kullanılmıştır. Veriler, görüşme tekniği kullanılarak toplanmış betimsel analiz tekniği ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Kahramanmaraş, Kars ve Çanakkale ilinde görev yapan 13 okul yöneticisi oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgular her bir bulguya ait frekans dağılımın verilmesi ile tablolaştırılmıştır. Bulguları desteklemesi bakımından okul müdürlerinin her bir bulgu ile ilgili görüşleri sıralanmış, araştırmanın sonuç ve önerileri sunulmuştur.
This study, which was created in order to determine the views of school managers on the levels of class teachers who are newly starting to perform class management, has been used with a scan model. The data was analyzed using the imagistic analysis technique collected using the conversation technique. The research work group consists of 13 school managers working in Kahramanmaraş, Kars and Çanakkale. The findings obtained from the research are tabled with the frequency distribution of each finding. For the purpose of supporting the findings, the opinions of the school directors on each findings were ranked, the results and recommendations of the research were presented.
