Communication abilities of the school administrators according to the views of teachers and students, have been analysed in this study. The aim of the study is to asses the communication abilities of school administrators according to the views of teachers and students. It is aimed to find answers; If the school administrators communicate enough with the teachers , ıf the quality level of communication is adequate, ıf the school administrators have enough communication skills and what the communication expectations of the teachers and students are. The fulfillment level of the communication expectations have been analysed according to the views of teachers and students in this study. Views of 15 teachers and 20 students, in different schools and different departments of the 2014–2015 education year in the city of Malatya, have been analysed in this study. Semistructured interview forms have been applied to participants. As a result of this study, it has been found that, although % 60 of teachers have enough communication with their administrators, % 40 do not. When we look at the views of students, we found that %95 of the administrators do not communicate well with them, due to a lack of communication between administrators and both teachers and students, is one of the main findings of this study
