This research was conducted to determine the views of teacher and administratoraccording to the level of using the strategies of conflict management of primary school administrators in managing conflicts. In this research, to see whether there is a significant difference, the views of teachers and administrators according to their mission, views of teachers according socio-economic work environment , position, gender and marital statuswere examined. The sample of the research is consisted of 66 teachers and 22administratorsworking in Beşiktaş with a high socioeconomic, level of 83 teachers and 37 administrators from Fatih with a medium level and 150 teachers and 55 administratorsfrom Gaziosmanpaşa with a low socioeconomic level in İstanbul province. In data analysis, arithmetic mean, t test and variance analysis were used. According to the research results, according to the level of conflict management strategies in managing conflict, there is a difference among the views of teachers and administrators in all strategies.Moreover, there is a difference among the views of teachers according to socio-economic work environment, position, gender and marital statusin using some strategies of conflict management of primary school administrators.
