Abstract:

Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, örgütsel ortamda algılanan güven ile sinizm arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi olarak belirlenmiştir. Örgütsel ortamda güven, çalışanın örgüt tarafından desteklendiğini hissetmesini ve yöneticinin çalışanların beklentilerini karşılamasını ifade eder. Sinizm ise, çalışanların örgüte yönelik olumsuz tutumlarını ortaya koyan bir düşünce sistemidir. Belirtilen kavramsallaştırmalara dayanarak, Atatürk Üniversitesi’nin merkez yerleşkesinde bulunan fakülte, yüksekokul ve meslek yüksekokullarında görevli 301 idari personele yüz yüze görüşme yöntemi ile anket uygulanmıştır. Yapılan araştırmada elde edilen sonuçlar, çalışanların örgüte ve yöneti-ciye duydukları güven düzeyinin, duyuşsal, bilişsel ve davranışsal sinizm üzerinde etkili olduğu yönündedir. So-nuçlardan yola çıkılarak, çalışanların örgüte orta düzeyde güven duyduğu ve örgüte karşı düşük düzeyde sinizm tutumu içerisinde olduğu söylenebilir.

Abstract:

The main objective of this study was to study the relationship between confidence perceived in the organizational environment and cynism. Confidence in the organizational environment means that the employee feels being supported by the organization and that the manager meets the expectations of the employees. Sinism is a system of thought that shows employees’ negative attitudes towards the organization. Based on the defined conceptualizations, the survey was implemented with the face-to-face interview method to 301 administrative staff in the faculties, high schools and vocational universities located in the center of the Atatürk University. The findings from the research are that the level of confidence that employees hear in the organization and the management-organism has an impact on sensual, cognitive and behavioral sinism. From the So-foot, it can be said that employees have a medium level of trust in the organization and are in a low level of sinistic attitude against the organization.
