Öğretmenlerin öğrencilerine daha iyi rehberlik edebilmeleri için hatalar üzerine eğilmeleri ve etkili bir öğrenme için yararlı olan hata sebeplerini araştırmaları gerekir. Bu sebeplerden bir tanesi; önceden edinilmiş olan ilk yabancı dilin ikinci yabancı dil edinimini birçok yönden olumlu ya da olumsuz etkileyebilmesidir. Bu bağlamda 2013-2014 Eğitim –Öğretim yılı Marmara Üniversitesi İngiliz Dili Eğitimi Bölümünde İngiliz dili eğitimi gören ve ikinci yabancı dil Fransızca öğrenen 72 öğrenci ile çalışıldı. Bu çalışmada sınav kağıtları fotokopileri analiz edildi ve sonrasında karşılaştırmalı inceleme sayesinde İngilizce et Fransızca arasındaki olumsuz aktarım hataları tespit edildi. Fransızca öğretmenlerineiyi yöntemi belirleyebilmeleri için çözümler bulunması ve önerilerin sunulması amaçlandı. Anahtar Sözcükler: Aktarım, Hataların aktarımı, Yabancı dil öğretimi.
Teachers need to tend on mistakes to better guide their students and to investigate the causes of mistakes that are useful for effective learning. One of these reasons is that the first previously acquired foreign language can have a positive or negative impact on the acquisition of the second foreign language in many ways. In this context, the 2013-2014 Education -Teaching Year was studied with 72 students who studied English in the Department of English Language Education at the University of Marmara and who studied French in the second foreign language. In this study, photocopies of the test papers were analyzed and subsequently, thanks to the comparative review, negative translation errors between English and French were detected. The aim was to find solutions for their teachers of French to determine the method and to present suggestions. Keywords: translation, translation of errors, teaching a foreign language.
