Özet: Bu çalışmada bugün artık her toplumda ve her yapıda daha fazla arzulanan ve dile getirilen bir olgu olan ahlaki davranış konusu incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla ilkönce bireysel ahlak oluşumu ve bu oluşuma etki eden faktörler ele alınmış daha sonra da örgütsel anlamda ahlak olgusunun değerlendirilmesi konusuna geçilmiştir. Bu kapsamda ahlaki olmayan davranışların genel sebepleri, ahlaki davranışın örgütler için önemi ortaya konmuştur. Ayrıca ahlak olgusu örgütsel arenadaki etki alanları açısından değerlendirilmiş ve ahlaki davranışın işyerinde geliştirilmesi açısından izlenebilecek metotlar açıklanmıştır. Son olarak, karar alma sürecine ahlak olgusunun etkisi irdelenmiş ve karar almayı kolaylaştırıcı bir mekanizma olarak ahlaki yansıma süreci ortaya konmuş ve önerilmiştir. Summary: In this study, the subject of ethical behaviour, which is desired and depicted in every society and in every structure, is analyzed. For this aim, first, individual ethics formation and the factors effecting this formation are tackled, and later we promoted to the evaluation of ethics in terms of organizational perspective. In this context, genera) reasons of unethical behaviour, the importance of ethical behaviour for organizations are exposed. In addition, ethics is evaluated in terms of its effect fields in organizational arena and methods that must be conducted to foster ethical behaviour at the workplace are explained.
