This study intends to determine which factors influence the ethical decision-making process of tourism students who are thought to play active roles in tourism sector in the future, and whether ethical assessments of students relevant to the situations that they can come accross during their lives creates a difference with regards to gender. Toward this purpose, ten scenarios were used and the students were asked to evaluate the scenarios and indicate if the actions were ethical, unethical or not a question of ethics, and to indicate what they would do if they were in this situation. At the conclusion of the research, the results showed that factors such as family, religion, work experience are have strong influence on ethical beliefs. Besides, it is found that the gender does not create a significant difference on ethical decision making behaviour
