Global organization life is a rich field in terms of the availability of unethical behaviors towards employees. Leaders may function as both an eliminator and a source of unethical behaviors. What unethical behaviors leaders display towards employees and why they display such behaviors are frequently discussed. The present study was significant in that it examined how employees considered female leaders in terms of particular unethical dimensions, and with what characteristics of leaders they associated their views. The research sample consisted of eight public and private sector employees working in Mersin and Kayseri. The descriptive analysis, a qualitative research method, was used for evaluating the data obtained in the study. The ethical behaviors discussed in the study were included in three dimensions: communicative ethics, behavioral ethical, and ethics in decision-making. The significant results of the study were as the following; Approximately two-third of the participants thought that their leaders had ethical behaviors, and most of the participants had negative views about the dimension of communicative ethics displayed by their leaders and had positive views about the dimensions of behavioral ethics and ethics in decision-making displayed by their leaders. In addition, it was seen that the reason behind their both positive and negative views regarding the dimension of communicative ethics was the personality of leader, and the reason behind their having only positive views regarding the dimension of behavioral ethics was the position of leader. The participants also delivered some political and inferential answers thought to be associated with culture
