So many results that aren't mine?

Özet: 360 derece geribildirim, bireysel ve örgütsel gelişimi sağlamak için özel olarak tanımlanan davranışlar ve yeteneklerle ilgili olarak bir işgörenin çok sayıda kaynaktan (yöneticiler, iş arkadaşları, astlar, müşteriler ve bireyin kendisi) geribildirim aldığı etkili bir performans değerlendirme süreeidir. Üç yüz altmış derece geribildiriminyaygın ve belki debaşarılı uygulama alanı bireysel liderlik ve yönetim geliştirmedir. Bu makalede, 360 derece geribildirim uygulamaları, avantajları ve dezavantajları ile birlikte tartışılmaktadır. Ayrıca, Üç yüz. altmış derece geribildirim sisteminin tasannu ve uygulanması için kapsamlı bir süreç modeli Önerilmekte ve bu modelin her bir aşaması detaylı olarak incelenmektedir, Son olarak, 360 derece geribildirim sisteminin tasarımında ve uygulanmasındaki kritik ilkeler tartışılmakta ve başarılı uygulama için öneriler sunulmaktadır.   Abstract: 360 degree feedback is a powerful performance appraisal process by which an individual employees recieves feedback from multiple sources (managers, peers, subordinates, customers and self) on behaviors and competencies chat are specifically defined to improve the development of individual and the organization,The most prevalent and probably the most successfu! application of 360 degree feedback is for individual leadership and management development. In this article, the applications of 360 degree feedback with their associated advantages/disadvantages are discussed. Also, a comprehensive process model for designing and implementing of the 360 degree feedback system is suggested and full details an each of this model's stages are examined, Finally, the critical guidelines involved in designing and implementing 360 degree feedback system are discussed and tips are presented for successfu] implementation.
