Abstract:

Abstract enThe political life which started during the era of Ottoman Empire was Multi-Party System behveen the years of 1908-1913 and than it became Mono -Party System between the years of 1913-1918.However, Multi-Party, System started again in 1918. A politic movement that flourished in Anatolia gained power över İstanbul and entered a new period after 1923. After "Anadolu ve Rumeli Müdafaa-i Hukuk Cemiyeti" transformed in to "Halk Fırkası" the opposition terms of 1924 Terakkiperver C umhııriyet Fırkası and 1930 Serbest Cumhuriyet Fırkası lived for a very short time.Revolutions and Multi-Party System couldn't be set up becouse of II.World W ar "Cumhuriyet Halk Fırkası" lived since 1945 as a single party. At the end of II. IVorld War some changes took place both home and outside and these changes rnade it necessary to start Multi-Party System.
