This research was carried out with the aim of developing four-stage model-backed teaching guide material, enriched with the activities of the scientific process skills for the sixth class 'Madden' unit, and determining the effectiveness of this material in terms of the scientific process skills in the teaching process. For this purpose, the scientific process skills test developed by Enger and Yager (1998) was applied to 300 students. After 5 items with low reliability with the ITEMAN program were removed, the test was given 31 item final status. The KR-21 reliability ratio. It was found 81. This study was conducted using a semi-experimental method. The study’s work group consists of 25 experiments and 23 control groups of students in a school specified in Amasya or Central District. As a result of the analysis of the data obtained from the applications, there is a significant difference in statistically in favour of the experimental group between the students' score of scientific process skills in the experimental and control groups that participate in the research after the experimental study. Interested research 6. The class was carried out with the "Madden's Tanecikli Structure" unit. As in the relevant material to gain scientific process skills more effectively, activities can also be developed for other levels of learning and subjects. Thus, both the development of scientific process skills can be tracked, and the differences between student academic achievements can be detected.
