So many results that aren't mine?

Okul Yöneticilerinin Karar Verme Stratejileri

Abstract:

Bu araştırmada okul yöneticilerinin karar verme stratejileri incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın evrenini 2001-2002 öğretim yılında MEB’na bağlı okulllarda görev yapan okul yöneticileri oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini ise, çalışma evreni olan Konya İli, Selçuklu, Meram ve Karatay ilçelerindeki yöneticilerden tesadüfi örnekleme yöntemi ile seçilen 238 yönetici oluşturmaktadır. Yöneticilerin karar verme stratejileri “Karar Stratejileri Ölçeği” ile ölçülmüştür. Bu ölçekten elde edilen alt ölçek puan ortalamaları t testi, F testi ve tukey testi ile test edilmiştir. Araştırmanın sonuçları ise şu şekilde özetlenmiştir: Cinsiyet değişkenine göre; bağımsız karar verme stratejisi puan ortalamaları arasında, kadın yöneticiler lehine anlamlı düzeyde fark bulunmuştur. Çalışılan okul türü değişkenine gore yöneticilerin karar verme stratejileri puan ortalamaları arasında anlamlı fark bulunmamış, öğrenim durumu değişkeninde mantıklı karar verme stratejisinde lisasüstü grubu lehine anlamlı fark bulunmuştur.

This study examined the decision-making strategies of school managers. The universe of research is formed by school managers working in schools associated with MEB in the 2001-2002 academic year. The sample of the study is made up of 238 managers chosen by random sample method from managers in the county of Konya, Selçuklu, Meram and Karatay, which is the work universe. The decision-making strategies of managers are measured by the "Decision Strategy Scale". The low scale score average obtained from this scale was tested by the t test, the F test and the tukey test. The results of the study were summarized as follows: according to the gender variable, between the average score of the independent decision-making strategy, a significant difference was found in favor of women managers. The study of the school type variable has not found a significant difference between the decision-making strategies of the managers, the study situation variable has found a significant difference in the logical decision-making strategy in favor of the graduate group.
