4-6 YAŞ GRUBU KUR’AN KURSLARININ EĞİTİM-ÖĞRETİM FAALİYETLERİ VE PROBLEMLERİ (ZONGULDAK İLİ ÖRNEĞİ)

Gerek Kur’an ve sünnet gerekse on dört asırlık İslam medeniyeti birikimi ve yapılan araştırmalar, küçük yaşlardan itibaren din eğitiminin gerekliliği hususunda birçok örnekler sunmaktadır. Ülkemizde toplumu dini konularda aydınlatma ve rehberlik etme görevi yüklenen Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı, Kur’an öğrenmede yaş sınırının kaldırılmasının ardından toplumun beklentilerini de göz önüne alarak bireyin gelişiminin en önemli dönemlerinden biri kabul edilen okul öncesi döneme yönelik din hizmeti sunmak amacıyla 4-6 Yaş Grubu Kur’an Kursları öğretim programını faaliyete geçirmiştir.              Bu çalışma, 2013-2014 eğitim-öğretim yılında uygulamaya konulan ve günümüze kadar sayıları hızla artan 4-6 Yaş Grubu Kur’an Kurslarında eğitim-öğretim faaliyetlerinin durumunu ve bu kursların problemlerini belirlemek amacıyla hazırlanmıştır. Bu amaçla Zonguldak merkez ve Çaycuma ilçesinde görev yapan 32 öğreticiye uygulanan anket ve 11 öğreticiyle yapılan yarı yapılandırılmış mülakat yapılmıştır. Elde edilen verilerden hareketle, kurslarda eğitim-öğretim faaliyetlerinin birtakım eksiklerle birlikte amacına uygun olarak ilerlediği ve kursların öğretim programının öğrenci seviyesine yeterince uygun olmadığı, gerek fiziki durum gerekse yöneticilerin kendinden ve öğrencilerden kaynaklanan bazı problemlerin olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.

Abstract:

The Administration of Religious Affairs of Turkey carries out activities to enlighten and guide the society in religious matters. In this context, following the abolition of the age limit to learn the Qur’an, the Administration of Religious Affairs launched the 4-6 Age Group Qur’an Courses curriculum. These Quran courses are of great importance in terms of coinciding with the preschool period, which is considered one of the most important periods in the development of the individual in the age of 4-6 years. This study has been prepared in order to determine the status of educational activities and current problems of the 4-6 Age Group Qur'an Courses, which have been implemented in 2013-2014 academic year and whose number has increased rapidly until today. For this purpose, 32 instructors working in Zonguldak and Çaycuma districts were interviewed and semi-structured interviews were conducted with 11 instructors. Based on the data obtained from the research, it was concluded that the education and training activities carried out in the courses were carried out in accordance with the purpose despite some deficiencies. The main deficiencies determined in the Qur’an Courses are lack of physical conditions, insufficiency of curriculum in terms of its suitability for the student’s level and some problems stemming from the administrators and students.
