Ülkemizde yetişkinlerle gerçekleştirilen yaygın din eğitimi, Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığınca Kur’an kursları ve camiler aracılığıyla verilmektedir. Din eğitimi almak için Kur’an kurslarını tercih eden yetişkinler, bu kurumlarda Kur’an-ı Kerim ve Dini Bilgiler derslerini görmektedirler. Kimi yetişkinler bu eğitimlerden memnun kalırken, kimileri de memnuniyetsizliklerini dile getirmektedir. Bu çalışmadaki temel problem, Osmaniye ilinde bulunan Kur’an kurslarında din eğitimi almak isteyen yetişkin hanımların bu eğitime olan ihtiyaçları, karşılaştıkları problemleri, algı ve beklenti çatışmaları, aldıkları eğitimden memnuniyet durumları ve eğitim süreçleriyle ilgili görüşleridir. Çalışmanın temel amacı; Kur’an kursu öğrencilerinin görüşlerinden yararlanılarak, yetişkinlere yönelik din eğitimi hizmetleri konusunda ihtiyaçların, beklentilerin ve problemlerin tespit edilerek çözüm önerileri sunmak, kursların fiziksel ve sosyal açıdan durumunu değerlendirmektir.
Yetişkin öğrenme özellikleri ve yetişkin din eğitimi alanlarında literatürde yapılan araştırmaların yanı sıra, çalışmamızda işin sahasında da inceleme yapılmıştır. Osmaniye ilindeki Kur’an kursları araştırılmış, Osmaniye ili Toprakkale İlçesi Kışla Kur’an kursundaki 18 öğrenci çalışma grubu olarak belirlenmiştir. Öğrencilerle mülakatlar gerçekleştirilerek veriler toplanmış, toplanan nitel veriler analiz edilirken betimsel analiz gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu çalışmada yapılan değerlendirme süreci daha çok biçimlendirici bir değerlendirme sürecidir. Öğrenci görüşleriyle değerlendirilen öğretim programında değerlendirme modellerinden Stake’in uygunluk-olasılık modeli kullanılmıştır.
Araştırma sonucunda Osmaniye İli Kur’an kurslarında yetişkinlere verilen din eğitiminin istenilen verim ve düzeyde olmadığı, daha verimli olabilmesi adına Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığınca düzenlenen “İhtiyaç Odaklı Öğretim Programı”nın kurslarda arzu edildiği derecede uygulanamadığı, kursların fiziksel ve teknolojik olarak yeterli düzeyde olmadığı, ders saatlerinin isteğe bağlı olarak düzenlenemediği sonucuna varılmıştır. Ayrıca daha verimli bir eğitimin yapılabilmesi için öğreticilerin yetişkin psikolojisi ve yetişkin din eğitimi alanlarında donanımlı olmalarının gerekliliği görülmüştür.
In our country, the widespread religious education with adults is provided through the Qur’an courses and mosques by the Presidency of the Dianet Affairs. Those who prefer the Qur’an courses to receive religious education, see the Qur’an in these institutions and the Qur’an in religious knowledge. Some adults are satisfied with this education, while some are expressing their dissatisfaction. The main problem in this study is the needs of adult women who want to receive religious education in the Qur’an courses in the province of Osmaniye, the problems they encounter, perception and expectation conflicts, satisfaction from the education they receive and their views on the educational processes. The main objective of the study is to offer solutions by identifying the needs, expectations and problems of the adult religious education services, using the opinions of the students of the Qur’an course, and to evaluate the physical and social status of the courses.
In addition to research in literature in the fields of adult learning and adult religious education, our work has also been studied in the field of work. The Qur’an courses in Osmaniye province have been studied, Osmaniye or Toprakkale province Kışla Qur’an course has been determined as a study group of 18 students. Interviews with students were carried out by gathering data, gathering qualitative data were analyzed while visual analysis was carried out. The evaluation process in this study is a more formalizing evaluation process. In the curriculum evaluated with student opinions, the Stake’s suitability-eventuality model was used from the evaluation models.
The study found that the religious education given to adults in the Osmaniya Qur'an courses is not at the desired level of efficiency and efficiency, and that the "Need-Focused Teaching Program" organized by the Presidency of the Dianet Affairs is not applied to the degree desired in the courses, that the courses are not physically and technologically sufficient, and that the courses are not organized voluntarily. It has also seen the need for teachers to be equipped in the fields of adult psychology and adult religious education to provide more efficient education.
