Abstract:

This study aims to determine the level of organizational commitment of employees in the housing sector and to study from various points of view. In this direction, the views of 325 hotel employees working in 4 and 5 star hotels in Nevşehir province were taken. In the study conducted in the relative scan model of the Nicel research methods, the data was collected by the Organizational Liability Scale. In the analysis phase of the data, the visual statistics were calculated, the t test in non-related measurements, the one-way variance analysis, the multi-comparation LSD test and the Pearson correlation test. The research has found that the highest liabilities of the hotel employees are continuous liabilities, and the lowest liabilities are normative liabilities. It has been determined that according to the gender and civic conditions of employees, their organizational commitments have not shown any significant changes. It has been found that the emotional and continuous commitment of people working in the accommodation sector has significantly changed according to their level of education. It has also been determined that there are low-level or meaningful relationships between employees’ age and age and their organizational commitments. It is believed that the results obtained from the research will contribute to literature and science.
