Çalışmanın amacı otel yöneticilerinin kullandıkları güç kaynaklarının işgörenlerin örgütsel sinizm algıları üzerine etkisinin var olup olmadığının belirlenmesidir. Bu doğrultuda İstanbul’da faaliyet gösteren 4 ve 5 yıldızlı otel işletmelerindeki işgörenlere anket uygulanmıştır. Geri dönüşü sağlanan anketlerin 273 tanesi analiz yapmaya uygun bulunmuştur. Toplanan anketler SPSS programına girilerek analizler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular sonucunda yöneticilerin kullandıkları güç kaynaklarının işgörenlerin örgütsel sinizm algıları üzerinde anlamlı bir etkiye sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Güç kaynaklarından ödüllendirme gücü, karizmatik güç ve uzmanlık gücü örgütsel sinizmi negatif yönde etkilerken, yasal güç ise örgütsel sinizmi pozitif yönde etkilemektedir.
The aim of the study is to determine whether the power resources employed by hotel managers have an impact on the organizational sinism perceptions of employers. In this direction, the survey was applied to employers in 4 and 5 star hotels that operate in Istanbul. 273 of the survey provided returns were found appropriate to analyze. Analysis was carried out in the SPSS program. The findings found that the power resources employed by the governors have a significant impact on the organizational sinism perceptions of the workers. The power of rewarding from power sources, the charismic power and the power of expertise affects organizational sinism in a negative direction, while the legal power affects organizational sinism in a positive direction.
