Tourism businesses are specific organization in terms of subject such as long-time working hours, constantly working with the guests, twenty-four hours of service, the need to provide quality service at international level, etc. Organizational citizenship, work alienation and cynicism are issues that need to be closely monitored by human resources managers in order for organizations to carry out their activities effectively and efficiently. The presence of nonalienated, noninternational level, long working hours, and satisfaction of the guests. In this context, in order for tourism organizations to reach their goals, it is necessary for the employees to have high motivation, to have altruism, courtesy, conscientiousness, civic virtue, and sportsmanship required by organizational citizenship behavior. Ethical leadership, on the other hand, is one of the concepts that contribute to the behavior of employees in tourism businesses and to the effective and efficient attainment of their aims by adopting the organization. There have been many studies on ethical leadership, including tourism businessemediating role has not been studied adequately in relation to ethical leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. This gap, which is lacking in the literature, is useful to be filled with a research on a model framework
