Abstract:

Bu çalışmanın amacı okul yöneticilerinin yenilik yönetimi yeterlik inançlarınıbelirlemektir. Tarama modelindeki bu araştırmada veriler 2010–2011 eğitim–öğretim yılı ikinci yarıyılında Kırklareli il merkezi ve ilçelerde bulunan toplam 94ilköğretim ve ortaöğretim okulunda görev yapan 263 okul yöneticisinden eldeedilmiştir. Araştırmaya katılan yöneticilerin, “Yenilik Yönetimi Yeterliği” toplam vetüm alt boyutları ile ilgili görüşleri “tamamen katılıyorum” düzeyine karşılıkgelmektedir. Okul yöneticilerinin, “Yenilik Yönetimi Yeterliği” toplam ve altboyutlarındaki görüşleri arasında cinsiyet ve eğitim kademesine göre anlamlı farkbulunmazken, kıdeme göre “Proje Yönetimi” ve “Yenilik Yönetimi Yeterlikleri”toplam puandaki farklar anlamlıdır.

Abstract:

The aim of this study is to determine the beliefs of school managers in the innovation management competence. In this study in the scan model, the data were obtained from 263 school managers who worked in the school and secondary school in the second half of the 2010-2011 educational year in the district center and districts of Kırklareli. The opinions of the managers involved in the study on the total vetum sub-dimensions of the "Newness Management Qualification" corresponds to the "fullly agreeing" level. While the views of school managers in the "Newness Management Qualifications" and subdimensions are not significantly distinguished by gender and education level, the differences in the "Project Management" and "Newness Management Qualifications" overall points are significant according to the subdimensions.
